I am traveling for 6 months from November to April and subletting my room. Great opportunity for a winter seasonal worker.

My roommates and I live in a beautiful sunny 2000sq ft house near Cloverley Park in North Vancouver. It is spread over three floors, including storage space in the basement downstairs.

• Transit: the 232 and 255 both stop directly in front of the house, and the 210 and 209 are an 8-minute walk down the hill.

You will live with three awesome people (2 women and 1 man). We are all working professionals in our 30s. We get together to share a meal or binge a TV show on Netflix but also value our alone time. We respect communal spaces and keep them clean, and rotate cleaning duties on a weekly basis. Open communication is a foundation of our home. This is not a party house! No pets allowed. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household.
