SUMMER SUBLET ONLY we are looking to sublet a room in a new, completely furnished apartment for the summer (may-September 2025). the rent is 965$ monthly, hot water is included and hydro is about 20$ a month per person and wifi is 22$ per month. it is a shared living space of the kitchen living room and bathrooms with 2 other rooms mates, both female in second year university at dalhousie. the apartment is very clean and has a common area and gym included. all furniture is provided, just request that you bring your own bed sheets and comforter!:)
