Clean,Quiet. 3 bedroom house. Occupied by owner & 1 other. In our 40’s. 1 is a social drinker & 1 doesn’t drink. VERY RESPECTFUL PEOPLE. Do our own thing & highly respect each other’s personal space & materials. No parties. Smoking outside on covered deck if you want to & the 2 important rules are leave kitchen area as found or cleaner. No one is coming to clean up after you & we both very much have to keep it clean.2 please no bi-polar or mentally unstable should apply. Clean,Quiet,Respectful.Like to eat healthy. Although obviously the choice is yours. Enjoy the outdoors. There’s a Wal-Mart,Sobeys,Tim Hortons, ect. A bus is available or a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood is as quiet as one can expect.
