AVAILABE 18th DEC to 10th JAN ONLY. Can be less than 3 weeks if need be.

Big spacious and fully furnished room (converted living room) with large windows. Comes with a bed, couch (that turns into a bed), desk + chair, wardrobe, lamp, two bedside tables, one small table, rug, bookshelf.

You will share a toilet with one roommate and a toilet/shower with three roommates. There’s a backyard, a washer + dryer, dishwasher, large spacious kitchen (one fridge shared between two), communal kitchen equipment, and a dining room. House has central heating.

House has a chore spreadsheet, so the tenant MUST be clean and respectful of shared spaces and other roommates. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am. No parties or smoking.

Transport options:

• 8mins walk to R4 (25mins to UBC and 20mins to Oakridge station)
• 6mins walk to 2 (40mins to downtown)

There are 7 girls total, all students or young working professionals. It sounds like a busy house, but everyone has their own schedules. Everyone is from everywhere (Mexico, Canada, Korea, Kazakstan, Iran) and is super friendly and respectful and fun.
