One bedroom.. access to covered balcony and backyard. Shared bathroom… Close to Brydon Lagoon walking Trails and 5 min drive to grocery store and restaurants. 5 min walk to transit. Must be ok living with a small dog.

We are a Mom and Son, we are the owners of the property… we work full time and have some space to share. Hoping to find someone chill, tidy and friendly.
