1950 sq foot house on 3/4 acre 30 minutes from Courtney and 20 minutes from qualicum beach . Bedroom have own ensuite and walk in closet. Internet included .parking on property. No pets but I have a 14 year old cat that doesn’t get along with other pets. Background check required No partyers as I’m retired so looking for someone that is quiet. No sleep overs unless approved by me
