About the room
Bedroom, living room, bathroom suite with semi-private entrance. Enter the home and walk down stairs to your above ground suite. Even better than a master bedroom. This is almost the entire ground floor with the exception of the utility room.
King size casper mattress (bed frame is being refinished). Bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
Shared kitchen dining room. Separate fridge can be provided.
Utilities, internet and parking included.
Room and board option is negotiable. Price is for single occupancy.
We are a family home with children. Parent with a children is welcome to apply. Suite can easily accommodate a 2nd bed.
About the roomies
This is a family home with 2 adults (myself and my niece) and 3 children. I’m a professional that specializes in neurodivergent supports and professional training. My niece is a student. All other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.
