• You get your own bedroom and bathroom, only the kitchen and living room is shared
• Full rent including utilities estimated at around $1280 to $1300 (internet is fixed and will be shared, but hydro & gas are usage-dependent; water is included in the lease)

• I’m currently a university student on a co-op term with the federal government, so I work full-time. Otherwise I’m quiet, clean, and orderly. I seldom bring any guests over and do not drink or smoke.
• The ideal roommate would be a working professional or a student, clean, and quiet (Two people are fine if you both agree to share the room and bathroom with each other). You can have guests over, but please be respectful. I would HIGHLY prefer having a vegan/vegetarian roommate - the smell of meat cooking makes me nauseous.
