12 x 24 feet. Hydro, internet extra. Or free internet outside Landlord’s porch. Lawn must be mowed with shared mower and weeds 4 ft surrounding cabin must be kept in check. Nice lawn. Small outdoor camp fire only allowed upon calling it in to firechief when burning is allowed. Included: water, domestic garbage removal, recycling. Would only suit single man used to rough bush living. Furnished: new tv, bar fridge, induction plate cooking, cups, plates, etc. Even sheets and towels if needed. No laundry. Road on Galloping Goose Trail, walk to bus. Connie Road area. Will trade part of rent for work, so if you are strong and don’t mind working- knowing how to use a chainsaw and proficient use of a hammer this would be the perfect place, especially if you have a pension or Ministry check to cover rent if not enough work some months. No indoor plumbing, but with grandfathered in approved Pit Privy Permit outhouse. Pour in/pour out sink. Start date may be earlier, doing reno at present.

No roommates, private cabin Landlords live approx 100 feet away up a hill. We are noisy, listen to loud music (Everlast, Robbie Robertson, & Blues) and do welding. Will be doing some land clearing with excavator and hydraulic rock hammering. If you like heavy equipment and “man on the ground” bush work, (paid) this is the place for you! Looking for long term but will evaluate in one month and again every 6 months so you (and I) are not locked into a place that is not happy. 6 month maX TERMS TO RECONCIDER
