I’m currently looking to rent a bedroom in my new 2 bedroom apartment.

I’m a quiet hardworking guy who works two jobs 5 days a week and likes to game and watch/play sports in my off time.

I have two cats and unfortunately no more animals are allowed (2 per unit). The kitchen is fairly large, there is a laundry room inside the unit. AC/heating unit for the whole apartment as well as thermostats in the bedrooms to control each rooms baseboard heaters.

Beautiful patio overlooking the mountains and glacier (4th floor) . Building is very new and the unit was brand new.

Bedroom is unfurnished. Rent would be $1000 plus damage deposit and includes super fast internet (I’m a gamer) and hydro. You would also have a bathroom mostly to yourself. I may use part of the racks behind the door (there’s a huge space for towels etc that I guarantee you won’t fill on your own) Other than storing a few things though I would have my own washroom attached to my room so it’s pretty much your own washroom!

Parking unfortunately is $65 month for outside and $85 for underground. I unfortunately can’t control this. The building charges for parking so I have to pay for my own spot too.

There is a communal lounge. A rooftop patio /common area with a bbq I believe. EV charging station. A few other benefits

No Partiers No Smoking No pets I’m 420 friendly but it must be smoked off property. Building rules not mine
