Female roommate needed to share a furnished house in Aspen Ridge area. The room you would be renting is furnished with a new full bed and bedframe and bathroom for you. This will be ideal for a female working professional/student who owns a ride. You will also be sharing common areas with another working professional. The three floor house is newly constructed with top floor laundry and 2 bathrooms on top floor. The house is on a bus route to the U of S and downtown. The room is available and rent is $950 (utilities and internet included), no smoking, no pets and no drugs are allowed. Deposit and rental reference required. Street Parking is available
