I am a PhD student at the University of Waterloo, renting out my living room-turned-bedroom to a fellow student, either undergraduate or graduate level. Can be rented out as soon as possible. The room has been furnished with a full sized bed, desk, chair, dresser, and tall bookshelf, and is sectioned off with a partition wall. The bed has space underneath for storage, and the large bright windows include curtains. Rent for the space is 700$ CAD per month, with utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and insurance included.

The apartment itself is a clean two bedroom apartment, shared between I and a roommate, both female. It also includes a sweet, affectionate and friendly adult female cat. It includes a furnished kitchen, bathroom, balcony unit, and the other half of the living room, now a common area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the unit has AC. The apartment building has laundry facilities on each floor, as well as a rooftop patio.

The apartment is located across the street from the University of Waterloo, with access to bus routes including the 29, 202, and 12, and a 15 minute walk to the nearest ION station. It is also less than a 10 minute walk away from the T&T grocery store, as well as the other shops around it.

Female PhD student living with a female roommate. Both clean, organized, and quiet. We like nerdy hobbies such as board games, video games, dungeons and dragons, and watching anime. Other hobbies include cooking, baking, reading, art, knitting, sewing, and gardening on the balcony. Our cat is very sweet and affectionate, and is never aggressive, angry, rude. She will warm up to you very quickly!
