Elena's room

It’s a great property about 10 minutes NE of the city - a very quick drive, and easily accessible to transit (bus not train). Parking is street parking out front, but is always available (I’ve never had issues finding a spot). Super nice view of the city, room is a very decent size (furnished if you need it to be in the room, otherwise the roomie owns mostly everything in the living room/shared space). There is technically a third bedroom but it is used for storage (hence there is plenty of storage space for your things). The house is a little bit older but it has a lot of character and I’ve honestly really enjoyed my time here! Everything is included in the rent amount (utilities, wifi, etc.). In suite laundry is available! There are downstairs tenants but I have rarely interacted with them (super communicative though and available if you need them to be)!

This area in general is very nice. There are a lot of grocery stores nearby (on 16th ave). It’s definitely easier to access these things via car but transit shouldn’t be too hard to figure out :) It’s near several schools, and feels like an all-around safe area.

Roommate is the loveliest gal, a bit of a night owl as she works late at her serving job, but is also somehow an early riser and an adventurous go-getter. She is so considerate of the space and easy to communicate with about any needs you may have. She has expansive knowledge on the city of Calgary and I feel I’ve explored so much of it because I’ve come to know her! We clicked so instantly and I’m looking for someone who fits well in the space with her because she’s genuinely become one of my best friends. She has two lovely kitties that are the sweetest ever (great to cuddle with when you’re sad). You do have to be okay with cat hair, but I usually just keep my bedroom door closed so my clothes stay safe (plus we keep lint rollers on deck at all times) ;) Truly the loveliest little family to be apart of, and I’m sad to leave it but hope someone else truly enjoys it!
