UNIT: 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom AVAILABLE DATE: DEC 1 or Jan 1 First and Last Required. Open to Short Term (3 months up to 6 months with potential for extension) Currently unfurnished.

RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate. Rent will be paid to me. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

*Single person - No pets. *Smoking okay outside on balcony. *Parking is extra - underground *1500 Square feet. Shared accommodations. Shared washroom.
*Laundry room is on the main floor of building *15 mins to the subway by bus (Royal York or Runnymede) *Close to all major grocery stores. Walmart, Freshco, food basics, metro and no frills.
*Gym and pool in the building *Indoor parking available for additional $120 a month

I work from home full time during the week. I have 3 very friendly dogs, so you must be dog friendly. I am quiet, don’t have a lot of guests. I am very clean and would prefer a room mate who’s the same.
