Unfurnished Master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bath available in a 2bed 2 bath apartment unit on 4th floor with bedroom windows facing south getting maximum sunlight exposure during the day. Both the rooms are not sharing a common wall as have the living room in between.

**Availability - 1 Nov Location- 150 Legacy mainstreet, +building has small gym included at the ground level. +rooms have carpeted flooring +has multiple Bus stops nearby within 1 min to 5 min walk. +Place is next to 2 big ponds and a great place to walk and go for a run +2min walking distance from Sobeys, Tim Hortons, save on foods and other grocery places. +next to petro canada gas station for 24/7 convenience store access. +cibc bank and 24/7 ATM availability within 1.7 km +Next to many fitness centers within 400 meters including Anytime fitness at 1.8 km.

Rent - 980 CAD (1 month rent as damage deposit is a must)

Living room is semi furnished with swiveling bar chairs for island kitchen. Pantry storage to keep stuff. Place has almost everything, and can easily make space for more furniture or kitchen utensils for other person as needed.

No TV OR sofa as sold it recently, but can look for those together, if needed.

laundry room has some extra space and a storage cabinet with shelves to keep small tools/stuff.

*Carpet in the picture and room may not look clean, but added to give the idea as the whole place will be cleaned by professionals from property manager. -Closet has a wooden dresser which can be used if needed, else already on Market place.

I migrated to Canada, Calgary in 2022 summer and lived in downtown for the first year and then moved to South Calgary.

Work 2 jobs; work from home in the morning as a corporate professional and do part time work mostly during evenings and weekend, i.e. uber, so i get my police clearance every year as one of the uber requirements. 

I am an ambivert guy being very respectful to others, their beliefs, religion and culture. I am spiritual and eat anything which can be cooked, but mostly eat eggs and chicken. I Don’t prefer drama in life. Don’t party or smoke or drink or don’t do drugs either. I am mostly busy in work or my routine so hardly get time to even get into such habits.

More about me, I cook my own meals while working but keep the place clean. I hardly watch TV, just some anime or youtube learning something on my laptop. I love music and play guitar sometimes as a part of learning but without an amplifier so no noise at all. I go for small run and like to workout, but still trying to get into that routine. I don’t bring people over, very rarely iff dating. 

I am looking for someone who respect privacy, and have sense of responsibility to clean and manage their stuff, being a good person to probably hangout with, if you want or we get time, lol.. i don’t mind if you drink at home, but responsibly. If you smoke, vape or do cannabis, it’s a personal Preference, but i would not want you or your friends to be doing these in the house. I hope it’s understandable.
