Hello! I’m renting a spacious, sunny room in my shared basement suite in Fernwood. The room can come furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk, at request, but you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. The suite has in-suite laundry, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll have shared access to the main living spaces.

I’m looking for a female roommate who is a student, or working professional - no couples, sorry. No smoking, please. There are already two cats living in the suite, and one is a crankpot with new animals so, unfortunately, no more pets are allowed.

I’m usually pretty quiet and just putter around the house reading, or doing whatever my newest interest is, if I’m not at work. I also like to hang out with friends to go out dancing, or just go grab a coffee sometimes. I have 2 cats: Luna is 9 and mostly keeps to herself, and Kroshka is 2 and an absolute snuggle bug.

There is a family of 4 living above us - the kids are pretty quiet inside, one of them plays the piano beautifully. They’re a very kind and respectful family that are easy to get along with.
