Bus stop is few steps away from house with bus frequency every 15 min. Proof of income, credit report, references, first month + one more month rent required as deposit. No smoking, vaping, drugs, loud parties allowed in the house. parking is available for charge. bedrooms are furnished for single occupancies but furniture can be moved out if you want to bring your own. Laundry is shared with Landlord.

I am a working professional and I am very quiet and respectful to others. I keep the house very clean and I would like to rent the space to a small family or couple of individuals who will treat the place as their own, keep it clean and be mannered and respectful.
