We are looking for one or two roommates to share this beautiful 2500 sq ft home in Lake Chaparral. Preference given to an individual or pair looking to rent both rooms together, with a $50/month discount incentive on rent. One full bath is shared between the two rooms. No smoking is allowed.

One garage parking spot plus driveway parking, central A/C and heating, washer and dryer, and lots of extra storage space in the unfinished basement included.

The house has a huge backyard with a large wrap around deck, a gas fireplace in the living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, and a spacious kitchen with lots of storage space. The shared spaces in the house are fully furnished (with room for more, if necessary). Netflix, Disney+, and Prime all available for use on the living room TV.

Lake access and high speed wifi included, all other utilities are not included and split evenly.

Located just off of Stoney Trail with both Deerfoot and Macleod only minutes away, you’ll have easy access to almost anywhere in the city. Lots of shopping and amenities nearby.

We are a couple in our late 20s/early 30s who work mostly from home. We enjoy board games, a good night out with friends, and the occasional drink or two.

We’re looking for a respectful, mature, and communicative roommate (or two!) to share the home with. If you’re into video games, D&D, board games, reading, or watching reality TV, you’ll probably fit right in! We have one sweet and playful cat, but sadly aren’t permitted any other four legged friends on the property. No smoking allowed.
