Looking for a female roommate to rent a bedroom in a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and very modern townhouse. It is in the Viauville area and fully furnished. Beds, appliances, desks, tv, couch, table, chairs, bookshelves, washer/dryer etc. The place also has a balcony in the front and back of the house and parking spaces. Townhouse is a 5 minute walk from public transportation and there are grocery stores close as well. Pet free, smoke free and LGBTQ+ friendly. Rent is $850 a month per person, utilities not included. The lease is until the end of June, and available to rent again for the next year. Preferred age range would be 18-33. I am looking for people ASAP, ideally starting in March:)
