One room with bathroom to let (in a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo) Room with a view to the mountains in Rocky Ridge, NW (T3G 5K6) and adjacent private bathroom. Tons of walking and cycling paths. Walking distance from Rocky Vista Park is 15 mins to Tuscany LRT station. 15 mins by train to UofC, 20 mins to SAIT, 40 mins to downtown. A quiet reatreat in a quiet area. Owner is now retired, busy during the day, always home evenings, reading. For a serious student who needs peace, this is perfect. Internet and all bills included. Mimi, a 14 yr old cat shares the home. Unfortunately, cannot accommodate another pet, as condo rules don’t allow it. Prefer shorter lease 6 months.I
About the roomies
There’s only myself and a 14-yr old cat. Animal lover is required. I’m almost vegetarian. For elaborate meals or meeting friends I prefer to go out.
