About the room
Hello! I am renting a 2Bed 1Bath room located in Richmond near 17Ave. Currently, a couple in their 20s will be living together. Since it is the first time they have moved into a new house, all the electronic devices (dryer, washer, microwave, induction, dishwasher) are all equipped in the unit and are brand new. It is also a 5-story condo-type apartment.
The bus stop is close, and it is only a few stops to go to the train or mart. There is a separate parcel storage room when receiving packages, so you can find them freely. There is a rooftop, so you can also have a barbecue party. The house is equipped with system air conditioning and heating. The room doesnt have window.
The rooms are separate, so it is private.
If you have a car, it is $130 per unit.
