Lana's room

This is a bright open house. The basement is sunny with all the big windows and nicely furnished. Tenant will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. There is laundry downstairs as well and they can have access to the full basement, which is open with a huge sofa TV and multiple exercise equipment. Laundry is downstairs that is shared with myself and one other person, they can have their own fridge. The kitchen is shared with myself and the other tenant, but he really does use it. There is a private backyard that they are welcome to enjoy. Preferred non-smoker non-drinker and non-partier.

I am the owner of the home. I’m currently off work on disability so I am here most of my time I rent another remote to it young male who is very respectful and very, very friendly. We are looking for someone who is easy-going and will clean up after themselves, and hopefully like to play board games with the tenant downstairs
