Steps away from bus stop. 10-12 min drive to Hamilton airport and Amazon warehouse . 10 min drive to Mohawk college. walking distance to lots of restaurants, gas stations, Cafes, grocery stores, schools, library, rec center etc.. 4 min drive to Linc highway. Basement has its own huge Kitchen+ dining area and Bathroom and are to be shared with basement tenants only. Laundry on site . Looking for tenant who is respectful, clean and well mannered. No smoking, vaping , any drugs and parties allowed on premises
