I am subleasing this room short term from November 4th until 31st December when the lease runs out, the 2 months rent will be required when moving in.

You will be living with 1 other Female (teacher 31), she is extremely friendly and very relaxed regarding sharing the communal spaces. She works very long hours so you’ll mostly have the house to yourself during the days/evenings and weekends. All I request is that you are respectful of noise past 10 pm especially on the weekdays.
