Located directly on Bloor Street West this 2nd floor apartment is large and cozy. Closest intersection is Bloor and Landsdowne and is only 2 minute walk to Landsdowne subway station.
There are two private bedrooms located on opposite sides of the unit helping to ensure noise is limited. The bedroom available is located at the back of the unit with direct access to the backyard. Living room and bathroom are shared and the living room comes furnished.
Many stores are within walking distance (5-10 minutes) to Wal-Mart, Loblaws, NoFrills, LCBO, Beer Store, Dufferin Mall, etc). Neighbors on both sides are nice and quiet.
The rent for the 1 bedroom is $1300 monthly and hydro are split 50/50.
About the roomies
I’m a 27 year old male working Downtown Toronto. I’m mostly in the office 4 days a week so I’m not home often. Outside of work I enjoy tennis, reading and going to the gym. Im a clean quiet person (I won’t be blasting music at midnight) but enjoy going out occasionally on the weekends.
