Private bedroom available from January 2025 for $650 in the basement of a shared house, located at 10920 81 Ave NW.
Ideal location for UofA students and young professionals: the house is 5 mins of bus away from UofA, NoFrills and SaveOnFood, and a 2 mins walk away from Shoppers, Safeway, several bus stops and Whyte Ave.
Room comes unfurnished. Full washroom and in-house laundry are shared with one other roommate.
Kitchen and living room are shared among all tenants. Main floor comes with dishwasher, big pantry, wardrobe, plenty of storage space, and a half washroom. The living room is fully furnished.
Utilities are not included. They are split evenly among all tenants and average from $50 to $100 per month.
Free parking in front of the house; possibility to use private garage at an additional fee.
Security deposit corresponds to one month’s rent.
NO pets allowed.
