7-9 minute drive from University of Guelph Campus. Bus routes would take longer, available buses are: #10, #20, #29. Three rooms, the master bedroom has its private bathroom, but is occupied, and the two other rooms share a bathroom. Entire place is furnished, except the vacant room we hope to find a roommate for, however it does have a twin bed frame and mattress. Payment consists of post-dates cheques, and a deposit of last month’s rent. Room is available asap an lease would end September 1, 2025. Rent: $850/month, includes all utilities (hydro, heating, AC, wifi). Unit is on third floor of apartment, and we personally don’t want pets or smoking in the unit, and we are looking for female roomates like us:)

Hey!! Currently two third year female undergrads live at the apartment. We like to keep the place clean when we can, study, occasionally go to the gym, try to eat our dinners together as much as we can and plan movies nights or activities together every now and then so we have time to grow our friendships. I usually go to my hometown on the weekends, but my roommate will stay over the weekend and study, go out to friends places/restaurants or do an outdoor activity on those weekends.
