The unit comes furnished, but I don’t keep a TV in the living room, and you will be responsible for furnishing your own room. Walking distance to grocery, shops, restaurants, and everything in between offered on Richmond Rd. There are tons of houseplants and minimal furniture in the shared spaces. One other young professional in the unit. Parking negotiable.

Hi! I’m Kat.

I’m 24 and work in community healthcare as a rehabilitation assistant and yoga teacher. I keep a tidy and cleansed environment and prefer minimal content/ clutter in my space. Outside of work I love to spend time with friends, hike, exercise, and explore, but will also enjoy a night in writing and relaxing. I tend introverted and have a calm demeanour. I don’t use substances however they are welcome in the home and I will occasionally have friends over who drink. I love to cook fun and nutritious meals so I spend time in the kitchen evenings and weekends however I’m particular about keeping this space clean. You will often find me sequencing yoga classes in the living room, playing soft music, and humming. Some mornings I leave the house around 5:30am, and others I’m not back until 9pm. I’m looking for a roommate who is: working professional, quiet/ respectful of noise, clean, good communicator, open to becoming friends while respecting need for privacy and space, and willing to contribute to keeping a cozy, inspiring, and luminous home.
