Half a house with a housemate. Room with an ensuite full bathroom, fireplace and full laundry. We’re on a month to month lease now but my housemate needs to move back to NB so we’re looking for a subletter that’s interested in month to month flexibility or longer. Parking in driveway included, shared living room and kitchen. West vale neighborhood is great for walking trails, and walking distance to tims, groceries and gym. House is furnished, bedroom is not.

We are two young professional entrepreneurs that run a local business. When we’re not working you can find us working out, smoking meat or enjoying a glass of whiskey.
