About the room
The house is located right off Queen St West on Soho Street. This central location is only 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery stores, and plenty of other stores, while still being super quiet at night.
Our unit is the main floor and basement of an old Victorian townhouse. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, appliances, dishware etc… In-unit laundry in the basement with a modern dryer and washer.
Utilities are included with rent, and internet is only an additional ~$20 per month. Deposit of first and last month’s rent made to the landlord.
About the roomies
We are two working professionals in our early-mid twenties seeking another young professional or upper-year university or graduate school student.
Any gender is welcome and LGBTQ+ friendly! We only ask that you be tidy, communicative, and respectful of each other.
