Jeff Kai's room

The house is a beautiful 3000+ square foot. The rental room is a privateis a 500 Sq foot room with an ensuite, chairs and a desk and a 50” TV. There are 4 bedrooms in total and I am only looking to rent the master suite for now. There are 2 living rooms each with their own fire place. The place is fully furnished with a hot tub and pool. There is firewood for the year as well as a heat pump for comfortable temperatures. The address isn’t correct on the map. I am within walking distance to Mill Bay and shopping.

This isn’t a place to lay your head, it is a wonderful living place and arrangement.There is an orchard and beautiful landscaped surroundings. There is plenty of parking available.Kitchen is fully stocked with everything that one would need to cook/ bake etc.Owner lives in but works away often. Very easy going and working.
