Hey everyone! I’m moving out of my current place on December 1st and looking for someone to take over my room in Mahogany (SE Calgary). Check out the pics to see the space!

About the Room:

Spacious and filled with natural light. Big window with lovely views and lots of room for plants if you’re a plant lover like me 🌱. Room will be unfurnished, so feel free to make it your own. Shared bathroom with one other roommate.

About the House:

Cozy, welcoming space with furnished common areas (some furniture will be gone when I leave) In-suite laundry and kitchen with all the usual appliances. Water included in rent, electricity and Wi-Fi would be only additional utilities. Lease renews June 30th on 12 month basis, can be cancelled or switched to month-to-month. Located in the community of Mahogany – close to parks, shops, public transit, and lake access included. One parking stall comes with the unit that would be yours to use.

You’ll be living with Melissa, who’s super friendly and chill. She has a super affectionate cat named Alaska, who loves all people and will definitely be your new best friend. Melissa is very easy to live with, whether you’re looking for company or a quiet space, and she’s always respectful of personal boundaries but happy to chat. Plus, there’s room for one more pet, so feel free to bring a furry friend of your own! (Pet must be approved by building manager though two are allowed on lease).
