Looking for a roommate to share a 1-bedroom apartment with a large living room in the West End of downtown Vancouver from Nov 24th 2024 or you can start from Dec 1st, 2024, or thereafter.

My potential roommate can choose to use the bedroom or share the living room area as a second bedroom. Utilities will be shared by both of us and includes Heat, Electricity and Wi-Fi, Hot water is free, and the building has coin laundry available. The room is furnished but I can allow for a few more items depending on my roommate’s preference. You could request pics of the place by emailing me if you’re interested.

I live in a nice neighborhood, close to all amenities, shopping, restaurants, and just steps away from the beach (English Bay) Stanley Park and there’s lots of outdoor activities to enjoy.

Over the years since 2014, I have hosted roommates from various countries around the world who have come here as students. Preference for a student but I’m open to share my place with someone who will respect my privacy and my apartment rules. I prefer no visitors (but open for discussion) and my neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful of each other

I am a very quiet and private professional and I work mostly during the night. I prefer someone for long term stay (i.e. 1 year or longer) and will consider short term too. My potential roommate can discuss with me rules regarding the place if you are the successful candidate.
