About the room

Looking for someone to take over my lease. It is the master bedroom and its fully furnished including bed frame, mattress, sofa, dressers, shelves, etc. It has a walk in closet, private bedroom, balcony. 15 minute walk to UBC campus. 6 male roommates, 2 kitchens, 2 sets of laundry machines. Roommates are respectful and good guys. Large house with lots of space including a pool table, large backyard, driveway for parking and trampoline.

About the roomies

6 roommates, all of them are great people and very easy to live with. We have no house conflict or drama, and everyone gets along. Everyone is in STEM (engineering, comp sci and physics) and is respectful of noise, and cleanliness. We occasionally host house parties every couple of months. It is a very fun place to live.
