Hi there my name is Jack Burrill. Myself and my partner recently have moved out of an apartment that I could no longer afford to pay and I’m looking to give the room to someone who needs it. Before my departure I did not sign the lease so it is yours for the signing. The lease goes from now till August of next year. You will have two other roommates living there who I went to college with they are both great guys. The room for rent is the biggest room in the apartment. The rent is 1250 plus utilities and internet. For the price of the rent couples are welcomed!

Liam is an actor. Currently working at Centennial college he mostly keeps to himself and is on the road a lot for work. He is nice and super funny. And will always be there to lend a hand.

Michael is finishing his last year of college at Centennial also an actor. Micheal is very chill and laid back person.
