Niketha's room

This is a furnished one bedroom and ensuite in the basement. Access to laundry room in basement and hot plate and fridge will be provided. No smoking/drugs within the home. The entrance is located within a common area, preference for students only as this is a family home.

This is a family home that will have a newborn. We have a pet cat as well. We do not smoke or do drugs and are quite quiet throughout the day. We are very family oriented, respectful, positive, and responsible and seek the same qualities from whomever will be renting the basement as the basement access is located in a common area.
