Spacious furnished room in 3 bedroom 2 story home by Bowen Park. Quiet street, parking available. Central location within walking distance to hospital, trails, VIU and the ocean. Clean and well-kept home with one dog. I’m finishing some renos downstairs but space is used as an exercise area and office. Looking for clean, quite professional or mature student who doesn’t smoke or party. Open to 1-3 month term and possibly longer if it’s a good fit.
