Hamza's room

It’s a 3 bedroom apartment , close to west Edmonton mall , superstore , Walmart, banks and public transport, there is 2 rooms available at the moment with 1.5 shared bathroom, both room comes with single bed,I live in the master bed room that has an attached bathroom but it doesnt have a shower so ill be using only the shower in the other bathroom,living room I got a big 85“ TV with sound system that you can use i don’t use much , kitchen is full equipped, there is a small balcony if you want to smoke you go to the balcony or go outside and smoke,same floor washer and dryer available.

I am Ideally Looking for 2 male or 2 female roommate each will have there own room, 18-40 years old ,clean person to share the apartment, rent $800 per person all inclusive ( water , electricity and internet ) deposit 800$.
