Medium size apartment located on the first flor of a corner building. There are 2 bus stops for the buses #8 (on Fraser) and #33 (on 33rd Ave). All this is just 1.5kms (15min walking) away: Hillcrest Community Centre, Kengsington Community Centre (both with swimming pool), Queen Elizabeth Park, No Frills supermarket, and commercial areas with wide selection of restaurants, drugstores, doctors, dentists, therapists, liquor stores, cannabis stores, etc.

I am a 37 years old male, from Mexico. I do consultancy services for the hospitality industry as a living. I am a craft beer enthisiastic. I consider myself an easygoing person who enjoys having good conversations and friendly company. I like to use my home as a place to relax and recover. I try to keep the place as clean as I can but I dont mind when the common areas are a little bit messy as long as they are not dirty. My home hours can be from around 1pm until late, I usually dont go out on weekdays, weekends are variable. When in home I usually listen to music, read, cook (mexican and all kinds), do home office. Once in a while I have visitors in the evenings, most of my friends are cool and easygoing like me.
