I’m searching for a female roommate to share my spacious 2-bedroom apartment. There is a bright, large room with plenty of natural sunlight. Features ample wardrobe space (there is an extra wardrobe in the hallway in addition to the wardrobe in the room), a large balcony, and a generous living area. The room is partially furnished at the moment and it has a queen sized mattress and a small bedside table. These can be removed if you have your own furniture, or you can just add a bed frame of your choice.

Rent includes heating and water. Hydro is extra (average about $23-$25 per month).

The location is highly convenient, with easy commutes to downtown Ottawa and surrounding neighbourhood. The Ottawa Hospital is walking distance. There is an excellent frequent bus service (bus stop is 3 min walk) that connects to most areas of Ottawa. Downtown is about 20 min by public transport and 13 min drive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with beautiful walking paths along the river and a nearby supermarket. Perfect for working professional or a masters/PhD student seeking a peaceful, well-connected living space.

I’m a 34-year-old professional who enjoys a flexible work routine, splitting my time between the office and home. Pretty easy-going, I love hiking, surfing, and I head off on frequent travel adventures! Cleanliness is key since we’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom. I’m all about finding the right roommate fit—someone who’s fun, respectful, and appreciates a tidy living space. I hope to add some extra furniture to the house so if you have your own I am open to accommodating yours :)
