• AC in each room
• Big bright living room also furnished
• Pets are allowed (have a bunny in my room)
• Grocery store is a 3-minute walk
• Bus station is right in front of the door and TTC is a 10-minute walk
• Monthly rent is $1350 + Utilities/ Wifi ($100)

The move-in date is flexible (Mid-Oct- Nov 1)

I’m a 27-year-old working professional who works from home a lot of the time but I go in for work events which vary from 2-8 a month. As mentioned I have a bunny and he stays in my room.

I value alone time but also don’t mind if my roommate wants to sit and chat too. I am clean and always have the common spaces clean.

I do not party/ host parties and am quiet if I come home late. I have my sister or friends over occasionally but more often I go out to see them but don’t mind if guests are over occasionally. In terms of smoking it is not allowed on the property as per lease.
