This house is five minutes away from the Coliseum LRT station. There is a small shopping center with banks services and grocery store. The room is upstairs and has a queen bed with mattress. You have your own room and bathroom. We share the open space on the floor.

I welcome any open minded person who cleans after themselves and regularly pays their rent. I’m an adult male. I live alone and work with Edmonton Public Schools. I’m a quiet person and wish to have a quiet roommate who doesn’t smoke.
