Backs on to bike paths and overlooks nose hill creek. Street parking only, bus stops close by, no train access nearby. Available for move in on November 1. We are looking to rent out each room for $800 utilities are included in that price. Shared living space, so looking to rent out to young professionals or students. Absolutely no pets, smoking or partying.
