Hello!! My boyfriend and I are in our twenties and have two rooms for rent in our four bedroom house, 2 and a half bath, 2275 square foot house in Evanston, NW Calgary. 5 min walk away from COOP grocery store, and lots of restaurants/stores. Backs on to bike paths and overlooks nose hill creek. Street parking only, bus stops close by, no train access nearby. Available for move in on November 1. We are looking to rent out each room for $800 utilities are included in that price. Shared living space, so looking to rent out to young professionals or students. Absolutely no pets, smoking or partying.

Jay and I (Kianna) are both in our twenties, Jay is working in wildfire for gov of alberta and I am a full time student and work part time as an RMT. We enjoy hikes, nights in cooking, getting outside and hanging with our friends. We are looking for like minded people to live with that we could also be friends with!
