Single room in a bungalow, close to river, downtown, and a 20-minute walk to Wilfred Laurier.

This is a quiet home, no lavish drinking, no smoking, no partying, no loud noises.

There is a puppy and an elderly cat on the property. Pet welcome but must get along with the established pets.

Ideal for serious students, or older female. Please inquire with any questions!

Quiet household and people, early risers, and somewhat early to bed. One puppy (under one year) and one elderly cat (blind). Fairly easy-going. Schedule varies weekly with most weekdays spent at work, and weekends spent outdoors.
