Jon Barton's room

My housemate is moving out with his girlfriend and I am currently looking for someone to take his room.

It is a beautiful “old” house with a lovely garden and lots of natural light. We typically have hummingbirds in the summer floating around and a few resident squirrels. It’s located in upper Lonsdale, and is very accessible with busses only a few minutes walk away, if thats what you need. We’re pretty friendly with the landlord and there is a lovely neighbour below us. Its quite an ‘intimate’ house as it is an open plan living and kitchen space, so it would be expected that we respect each other and that space.

I am a carpenter on a 2 year work visa from the uk. Im very probably going to apply for a 3rd if not permanent residency but well see. Im really easy going, laid back but it is nice to live in a clean tidy place. I snowboard and climb, love hiking but can also enjoy a drink.. I am British after all.
