Jon Barton's room

My housemate is moving out with his girlfriend and I am currently looking for someone to take his room.

It is a beautiful “old” house with a lovely garden and lots of natural light. We typically have hummingbirds in the summer floating around and a few resident squirrels. It’s located in upper Lonsdale, and is very accessible with busses only a few minutes walk away, if thats what you need. We’re pretty friendly with the landlord and there is a lovely neighbour below us. Its quite an ‘intimate’ house as it is an open plan living and kitchen space, so it would be expected that we respect each other and that space.

I’m looking for someone from 1st of may to take the room. It’s semi furnished with a bed and a few bits but if you have your own no problem we can get rid of the existing one :) the place is mostly furnished by me but I’m open to anything that might make it more of a home :)

I am a carpenter on a 2 year work visa from the uk. Im have applied for a 3rd and who knows maybe ill stay for more permanently. Im really easy going, laid back but it is nice to live in a clean tidy place. I snowboard and climb, love hiking but can also enjoy a drink.. I am British after all.
