Private fully furnished room for rent. Single occupancy. Must be clean and quiet and dog friendly. Utilities included, also available Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, Disney, Queen bed with linens, laundry, and parking. The neighbourhood is quiet, and family oriented with walking distance to parks, grocery store, library and Square One. We will require two references, one to confirm employment or the ability to pay the rent, and one social, an in-person meeting and a 3-month probationary period to make sure we are a good fit.

We are the homeowners also living in the home. We are a mother and young daughter with a loveable Yorkie. We are fairly quiet, don’t have many visitors and spend a lot of time in the home, which is also my office.
