Apartment is located 4 min walk from Downtown Kirby C-train station. Right next to Co-op grocery store. I will be bringing in a mattress. You will have access to bike room and building Gym. Shared space include kitchen, living room, and the balcony. Kitchen amenities include high end coffee machine, Air fryer just to mention a few. Living Room amenities include TV, PS5 (I don’t mind sharing). I got Barbeque Grill out on the balcony, use it as you please. Very close to anything in downtown.
