Bright and spacious private room available on the second floor of a century home (photo labeled Bedroom #1). Shared bathroom, kitchen, living space, and porch, with one other person (myself). Bedroom is unfurnished but the shared areas are furnished. Heat, electricity, and internet not included and will be split with myself. Washer dryer on site. Lots of street parking available if needed.

Looking for a young professional or mature student to share a home with.

My bedroom and office are in the two rooms of the third floor / loft area. Plan is to have a futon in the office space which can be used by either of our guests if needed.

I am a young professional wildlife biologist. Looking to share a space with someone who is like-minded, wants to create a harmonious and welcoming home, and likes to hangout sometimes while respecting personal space. I work from home from September to April and work elsewhere during the summer months but would return for some weekends. So you would essentially have the place to yourself during this summer period.

I’m quiet and clean but still social! I am easy going, love music, movies, being active in the outdoors, and cooking. I like to have friends over sometimes for dinners and board game evenings but not parties and am completely fine if you like to have company as well.

I’m fine if you have pets, and am open to all genders.
