Furnished private 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in a 2bedroom 2bathroom (with balcony) condo apartment Downtown Toronto. You (the potential roommate) will pay the internet bill: Just $50/month for internet. Hydro/utilities (cooling, heating, water, electricity) bill is paid for already, so no need to worry about that. Ensuite laundry (washer and dryer) is included in the unit
The condo is located at the heart of Downtown Toronto: 20mins walk to/from Eaton Center, 15mins using the public transit to Dundas Station (the streetcar stop is right in front of our building) Freshco (grocery store) is 5 mins walk away and right in front of the building. The neighborhood is lovely with many good eats and hidden gems.
The condo building has a fully equipped gym, lounges, game room, & 24/7 security concierge.
