Lovely apartment in the Coal Harbour neighbourhood/ downtown Vancouver. Warm vibe. Spacious bedroom (approx 110sqft). Simply furnished. High ceilings and large windows. Lots of natural light. Views of the north shore mountains. Full kitchen w/dishwasher and gas stove. Large living area. In-suite laundry. Bathroom has a clawfoot tub. Some great heritage features. Secure bike stall included. All utilities (electric, gas, hot water) and wifi included. Location is extremely convenient and central… walking distance to the seawall and Stanley Park, all types of shopping (grocery, etc), public transit (8min walk to skytrain), restaurants and cafes.

One mature adult. Friendly and not intrusive, but up for good convo when Im home. Respects privacy. Often away so kitchen (and everything else) is usually free. Have had long history of excellent flatmates. Quiet, very clean and trustworthy person. No couples or additional guests… i dont entertain at home and hoping for same. Once per week i work remotely. No smoking/vaping on property. Nothing weird please. Happy to answer questions to see if there might be a good fit. Min term 10months… open to longer term extension.
